I now have an account on SparkPeople (recommended by Deb K) to track calories, exercise, goals, etc. - who wants to join me? My username there is "stellir".
To find people on sparkpeople.com, you go to Community Home, then look at Spark Pages, and then click on Visit Sparkpages. Then you can do a search on a username. If you want people to find you, I think your sparkpage has to be set to public. My username is debinny.
I will give it a try. It is time to curb my sweet tooth!!
