cookies to blame?

So I recently realized that I am losing about 1 pound a month.... not great considering that I work out regularly... could the cookie I had for breakfast be to blame?

    But seriously, one pound a month is twelve less a year. That's good. :) And one cookie for breakfast is much better than five cookies at 10 p.m. Now there's a way to gain a pound a week.
