I have a good web sight for you all

Ok so I have been trying to lose weight for like 4 years now but I have not been to diligent about it. Any way's I  found out that I have high blood pressure not so good I know, but I found this web sight http://www., it tells you how much grains, Vegetables, fruit, milk, and meat you need based on your weight and hight :-)
