Summer fun?

I was wondering if anyone is still working on their eating habits and physical fitness this summer? I am feeling a little burnt out in my efforts. What do you do to keep going?
But I still want to do that 7 person bike ride on Onon Lake Park...if it ever dries up in July. maybe we should exercise like this??

    I'm still working on those habits. Sort of. I quit counting calories and I've gained some pounds back, but I've kept up the exercise. And the extra energy I've felt so far this summer is totally worth it. I'm sure when I get on the scale tomorrow I'll be inspired to work on the eating again. Maybe.

    Thanks for the laugh. And yeah, haven't we had enough rain already?!!
